Before you order

Take two minutes to check these, so you pick the right package the first time.

  1. Find your UDID. Connect your device to a Mac or PC, or use a UDID lookup page. Copy the full string exactly, with no spaces.
  2. Check your iOS version. Basic requires iOS 16 or later. Standard and Premium support all iOS versions.
  3. Check your device model. Standard works only on iPhone Xs and newer. Premium and Basic cover all i-Devices.
  4. Decide if you need JIT. JIT is supported on Standard with a Mac or PC. Basic does not support JIT.
  5. Use a valid email. Your install links are sent to the address you enter.

Before sending any payment, check that the amount and the network match what is shown at checkout. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so a payment sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address is very hard to recover.

Glossary

UDID
A unique identifier for an Apple device. We use it to prepare your certificate for your device.
P12 certificate
A file that contains a signing certificate and its private key. It is used to sign apps so they can be installed.
ESign and KSign
Signing tools that install apps on iOS devices outside the App Store.
Scarlet
Another signing tool, included in the Premium package.
JIT
Just-in-time compilation. Some apps run faster with it enabled. Standard supports it with a Mac or PC.
Warranty
The period during which we help if your certificate stops working. Each package lists its own length.
Install link
A link that opens the signing tool on your device so you can install it.
Sideloading
Installing an app on your device without downloading it from the App Store.

Frequently asked questions

What is a UDID and where do I find it?

A UDID is a unique identifier for your iPhone, iPad or iPod. You can find it by connecting your device to a computer or by using a UDID lookup page, then paste it into the order form.

What are ESign and KSign?

They are signing tools that let you install apps on iOS devices outside the App Store. Every package includes install links for both, and Premium also includes Scarlet.

Which package should I choose?

Choose Basic if you are on iOS 16 or later and do not need a warranty or JIT. Choose Standard for a 40-day warranty, JIT support and all iOS versions, as long as you have an iPhone Xs or newer. Choose Premium for the longest warranty (300 days) and coverage across iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple TV.

Can I use one package on more than one device?

No. Every package covers a single device. Each device needs its own UDID and order.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery is fast. Your install links are sent once your order is confirmed.

What does the warranty cover?

Each package lists its warranty length. If your certificate stops working during that period, contact support with your order details. Basic has no warranty.

Do I need a computer?

You do not need one to order or to install with Basic or Premium. JIT on Standard requires a Mac or PC. If you need JIT on Premium, ask us before you order.

What happens after an iOS update?

Some updates can affect signing tools or certificates. Check the iOS support on your package before updating, and contact us if something stops working afterward.

Can I get a refund?

Please contact us before you pay if you have questions about your package. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
